I stamped the image and used Whispers Brush marker water colour pens to add the colour,stamping the image twice and cutting otu I decoupaged Popcorn.
Then I used Spray and shine the brilliant protective glaze also from Crafters companion.
For the backing paper I used one of the papers from the floral cd from the triple popcorn cd and then sprayed with Spray & sparkle silver glitter spray from Crafters Companion
