OH MY OH MY!!
Louise Brigden has done it again! She has just finished her brand new collection of Downloads only Available at Charmed Cards and Crafts, click the dottie Blinkie.
Her new collection is very chic and stylish,it is called 'Girl About Town' they are different ladies, one of them named Nicola and they are having coffees and shopping and it also includes coloured images and there are a separate download with the fantastic backgrounds aswell as sentiments.Checkout Charmed for the complete list of what you get, great value for money!!! For this card which is a big a4 card, i used Karen black and white images and added colour using Watercolour pencils, i cut around her so it shows the inside of the card. I printed the sentiment very large for the front too.
Then for the inside i used the pre-coloured images of the shop fronts and the black and white image of 'Sarah' again adding colour using watercolour pencils on her,the sign is from the Karen image.
Go have a look, the download collection is wonderful!! Welldone Louise!!

Sunday Challenge...Tags
Over on Dottie World its Louise's turn and she has picked a supposedly easy Challenge,.......Well it would be if my mojo hadnt been on the Christmas Cheer and gone off A.W.O.L!!!
I cut out two circles and cut an aperture in the centre of one, added acetate to make a window which i added snow writer too. The front swivels open to show the circle underneath which i put an image from the 'Christmas bundle' check out the blinkie, i intentionally left the insde bare so the greeting message can be written round the edge.

2009!!
Well i cnat believe that is is nearly 2009 already!
Little did i know what would be in the future when i lit my candle and made my 'Millenium Wish' all those years ago, only seems like last year! This is a large card, i blew some numbers up on the pc using WordArt on Word,i printed & cut them out, then used these as a template for my silver card to cut out. I ran the numbers through my Big shot using a Swirl Cuttlebug folder, mounted onto the Colossal Christmas Paper and added the 'Animal Antics' images available at Charmed cards, click the Dottie blinkie.
If you dont pop back to my blog before 2009 I wish you a very Happy and Healthy Christmas and New Year.xx

Sunday Challenge..
Its Karens turn to set the challenge over in Dotties World. She want you to incorperate a real photoraph, not clipart, an actual photo, it could be of the recipient or not, also must include a Charmed Cards download.
Now!!! I have never, never, never done a scrapbook page, so this was a tough one, but love taking photos so that wasnt a problem!!
This is on 12x12 colossal Christmas pack sheet papers, i chose various complimentary colours and added the fairy from the Christmas Bundle of downloads at Charmed(check out the blinkie)
for the pictures, this was a beautiful morning in the week over my backgarden, which is lucky enough tobe surrounded by fields and water alot of the time as the River Loddon from the Thames likes to show its face in my garden far too regularly!!! This is just after silly o'clock, i call it that as no one apart form silly people are up at that hour, as my son has to catch the bus at 7.30am!! One thing though it means you get to stop and admire the beauty which is right infront of you for free!!!
Make sure you pop over and have a go at the Challenge, as theres a free download if you take part!! So you simply cant loose!!!xxx

Sunday Challenge..Fabulous Flowers
Over on Dotties World its the wonderful Louises turn to set the challenge and she has Chosen flowers.
She wants you to add lots, including a download from Charmed Cards and crafts ofcourse.
I got a bargin wooden Heart it was 99p in a sale!
I used the Dottie and George image from the Christmas Bundle, checkout the blinkie, down the side,I added the colour using Whispers Watercolour pens.
For the poinsettia's i used papercellar red/gold holly leaves, so each leaf is individual, i just curved each leaf and added to the heart with silcone glue, for the finishing touch i added a blob of silicone in the centre of the made up poinsettia and then added gold seed beads to the glue and added dabs around the heart ,using the beads in the sameway. The sentiment is a cute companion un-mounted rubber stamp, stamped directly onto the wooden heart with Black Stazon.

Messy Rabbit Card
This Card is made from A4 Cards, joined together, which opens out to the images inside, i added Joanna Sheen Messy Rabbit Backing paper to the centre of each page. For the fencing I used an xcut die (half price in a sale, bargin!!)fencing, for the images i stamped the images where wanted them to be on the card and then stamped them separately on a piece of card and added colour using my 'desert island product' Whispers Stroke Duo pens, i scribbled on a piece of acetate and used a water brush then added to the image, adding neat pen to areas i wanted more colour,by blending with water brush. The greeting is using Letraset Rub off alphabet. The flowers are from Prima and i used a micron black archival pen for the hand drawn doodle which i highlited with a bronze gel pen. The tassle is from a Crafty Templates kit. Then i added the Cut out image of the messy rabbit, adding colour directly to the card for the extras and grass.
This is the inside of the card, again i added hand drawn doodles hi-lited with a bronze pen, i copied the fallen leaves in the backing paper to extend the picture into the boarder.

The washing line is an extra to the backing paper, i stamped it on to the backing paper, added colour using whispers pens and then stamped again on extra card, aded colour and cut the clothes out then attached to the relevant stamped image on the card.
I added the bubbles straight to the card and hi-lited with blue, extending out of the frame into the boarder again. I again stamped the messy rabbit, soap& ;ady bird directly to the card and added the coloured cut out image on top,the jug and towel were cut out and added to the card, i then added the extra grass around the tub, soap & ladybird

i havent got a template and im sure it has been done before but i have done the following tutorial to help,if anyone gets stuck please let me know, please do not add my tutorial anywhere else without asking me.
Firstly you will need 8 sqaures to make this wreath and folded this way, if you dont know how to get to this point it is in my previous tutorial Here.
Take two folded tea bags and turn them over
Keeping one teabag with the 2points on the left. Line the second teabag point to the centre of the first teabag, with the straight edge horizontal along the line inbetween the 2 points,i have added a cross to show you where to lay your next teabag. For this shape, tape is better at it doesnt effect the right side.

Again turn the tea bags so the newly added teabag has the 2 points to the leftContinue, joining the teabags in the same manner, each time making sure the last teabag is at the top with points to the left When you have attached the last teabag to the previous one, simply join it in the same way to the first one in the ring,so you have a circle
