Sunday Challenge..A is for Acetate with a hint of pink

It's my turn over on Dottie's World to set the Challenge and the Challenge I have picked is:-
.....A for Acetate, With a Hint of Pink.
It can be a complete Acetate card, a card with an Acetate aperture,an Acetate Embelishment, what ever you like aslong as there is some Acetate Somewhere and also,as October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month I would like to see some pink For my card, I was inspired by the globes in the new Making Cards Christmas Special Magazine.
I made the snow globe out acetate which I folded into a card, then I duplicated the shape at the bottom in card and attached to both sides of the acetate card.
I used the gorgeous Ice Skating Dottie from the Christmas Bundle available from Charmed Cards and Crafts,on the acetate I added stickles icicle glitter glue for the snow and a swirl for the ice.download dottie blinkie

Dottie's Sunday Challenge..Juliets..Love

Finally I have managed to find some sunshine to take a descent picture.
It Juliets turn over on Dottie's World.
'Good morning, I hope you're all well this Sunday morning and raring to go with this week's challenge. This week, I'd like you to create something on the theme 'Love is......' and I would like to see a message or journalling on the FRONT of your card. As usual, you must include one of the Dottie downloads too'

I used a Christmas Cuttlebug folder for the embossed words, which I made pink for October at its Breast Cancer Awareness month!
Hot off the press Paper Piazza Friendship 8x8 paper.
I used the wonderful Christmas fairy from the Christmas Bundle downloads. I coloured her with a pink watercolour pencil, then added gold cosmic shimmer, which is difficult to show even in the daylight,I then added icicle stickles . And all these items are available from Charmed Cards and Crafts. Its my turn this coming Sunday, so make sure you check Sunday morning.

R.I.P Paul Newman.xx

Those blue eyes have finally faded!
One by one they are all leaving us,but my goodness what they leave behind for us to remember them always,God rest his soul!

Dottie's Sunday Challenge

Its Adeles turn over on Dotties world and the challenge is Geometric.

I chose rectangles and Circles. I used an image I havent used before,so goes towards juliets challenge of using images not used before. The image is the Nutcracker from the Christmas Collection of Downloads available from Charmed Cards and Crafts. This a very bold and bright card, I found some wonderfully red red card and bright green card, so they bounce off each other quite well. The sentiments are the sentiment circles from the collecton too,i used basic grey brads.

At Home for Christmas

This is a Helping Hands Template 'Dolls house'.It is made to the size of an a5 card(a4 in half) There are lots of different pieces with this template, but its worth it in the end,as the result is wonderful!!
For this house i used images from The Christmas collection and a few from the Love & Marriage collection of downloads available at charmed Cards and crafts, click the blinkie and it takes you directly to them.

I added a fireplace using a new Christmas unmounted stamp from cuddly Buddly, I cut off the surround to get the right size. The fencing is ct down also to size and is available from Charmed Cards & Crafts online shop.

Then had fun adding the snow writer all over the front, i love the stuff, its like icing a cake lol!!

The roof and the front sections open to reveal the upper floor or attic and the downstairs. I put the li dots up their for their own bedroom, this are fron the Love & Marriage collection. Downstairs the images are from the Christmas collection
I made the bedroom furniture using brown paper and water colour pens
