BIRTHDAY BAGS

Im having a few of my daughters little friends round for a Birthday party, so i'd thought, while i was having a day of playing with my Robo,i'd make some party bags for the party ( hope no-ones looking !!)
These are using one of the wonderfull Cuddly Buddly Cuttables Downloads, i have loads and loads of Cuddly Buddly Downloads, as love them, but this is the first GSD file i've bought.
As the girls are only little i thought would love using these as little handbags!

Romany Caravan

I've actually had time to have a play, using my Craft Robo, using the most beautiful gsd file i bought from Tina Fitch, over on Forever-Memories-for-you

Unfortunately my blade is getting a bit blunt with what i've been doing over the last two weeks, so the wheels arnt to cleanly cut.

Jayne Netley Mayhew Collection part 2-Samples

Here are my stamps samples for the launch today by Joanna Sheen on Ideal World and tomorrow ( if it hasnt sold out!!) 8am-10am on Create & Craft.

This is the magnificent Lioness set of stamps, i used promarkers to add the depth of colours, her eyes just leap off the card at you!
I used the hanging vine stamp with a clear versafine pad, then dusted with Cosmic Shimmer

I cut the angle from the front of an 8x8 card and mounted the lioness head onto the vine backing paper, then gold and mounted onto the front of the card.

For the inside backing paper I again used the smaller stamps from the lioness samp set, using versafine and Cosmic shimmer, then sprayed with Gold Spray and Sparkle from Crafters companion

This is the same stamp but this time using Derwent watercolour pencils for the lioness' head which gives a whole different look to the stamp, which I stamped onto parchment.
I used the small paw print stamp with versafine and cosmic shimmer.

This is an easel card using the Lion head and the small stamps from the Lion set, i used Derwent watercolour pencils and the embossed flash is from Crafters Companion embossing board

This is again the Lion head and the larger paw prints from the Lion set

This is a large dl card, using the Meer cat set  of stamps, i used Promarkers to colour them.

This is a closeup of the smaller stamps from the set stamped the uprigth meer cat twice to get the group effect

This is another card using the meercats stampms i again used Promarker, but added quilling to the cards.

As promised a sneeky peek of the Beatrix Potter Launch-Crafters Companion,IdealWorld/Create & Craft

Here is the first look at some of my Beatrix Potter Samples for next weeks launch!
Make sure you check out Ideal World/Create & Craft Tuesday 9pm for the launch and throughout the day on Wednesday 17th til 9pm

This is a large 8x8 card, I printed a backing paper from the 4cd set onto vellum, then I used a stamp from the Peter Rabbit set of Stamps and watercoloured the exact colours with Derwent Watercolour pencils, there is an attached colour sheet to help you get the right stamp set.
To attached the vellum I sprayed with Stick and Stay, available also from Crafters Companion, to invisibly stick the vellum to the card.

This is an Easel Card, using the backing paper from the 4 cd set, the little Robin is from the Peter Rabbit Stamps set, I quilled the BlueBell using the idea from, my dear friend, Janet Wilson's book Quilled Wild Flowers, by Search press.

I think the quilling lends itself perfectly to the original art work of Beatrix Potter!
I appologise for the 'off' colours in the photo's, as my daylight bulb has blown!!
